Getting Started
Personal Orientation
We encourage you to request your free personal orientation to our services or call us to arrange a time to meet with a doctor, tour our Arizona cancer center, and talk with other patients if you would like. Our approach is one of teamwork; we partner with you in your journey to health. Some of our approaches may be new to you; take your time to ask questions and familiarize yourself thoroughly. Selecting a course of action is an important decision for you, one you need not make lightly. Feel free to visit us before making that commitment.
Patient History Form
We will give you a patient history form to you to fill out before you come for your first appointment. Because we approach you as a whole human being, rather than as a set of symptoms, we ask for a complete history including the health of your family, surgeries you have had, vaccinations, dental work, lifestyle issues, and more. Please return the forms to us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment along with lab reports, PET scans and CT scans, and any other medical files related to your case.
IPT Orientation
If you will be undergoing Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT) for cancer treatment, we will give you an orientation of the clinic, explain IPT, and how things will move forward. Our goal is to facilitate a complete and thorough question and answer period to allow you to make the most educated decision possible.
First Appointment
- If your first appointment is for IPT, your appointment with the doctors will be about two hours. It will include a physical exam. We take time to get to know you and your case. Please come early to this appointment because before you meet with the doctors, there will be consent forms that you will need to read and sign.
- If your first appointment is for anything other than IPT, please come early to the appointment because there will be consent forms you will need to read and sign. We want to insure that you are fully aware of what will be involved in your treatment.
Records Request
Records requests are processed as they come in and are billed out at 25 cents per page, paid in advance.
